New to period underwear?

It works like this

  1. Wear

Put it on like normal underwear. Built-in layers absorb and lock moisture away for 8 to 12 hours.

  2. Rinse and wash

Rinse in cold water, then hand wash. Skip the fabric softener and air dry.

  3. Reuse

Wear it again next cycle. A pair lasts 2 to 3 years, so three to five pairs cover you completely.

I bought my first seamless period panties a few years ago as I was diagnosed with bladder incontinence. It works like a dream! No wet sensation and no smell. When I removed my IUD, I bought the ultimate range. This is now my 2nd cycle using it, and it does not disappoint. No leaks dyring the night and no leaks for my 8 hour work day. I always have a second one just incase and never had to use it. The only important tip is to strictly wash by hand (no washing machine and stays

I have personally tried out their Period Panty the Ultimate range. I'm buying all my nieces their first period panties. They are both comfortable and convenient. I highly recommend those for everyone, from young to old, small in size to your plus sized queens 👑

I don’t regret having driven from Polokwane to JHB to buy these panties for my 13 year old daughter, she loves them to bits. She says she’ll never use pads ever again.

The things everyone wants to ask

Will it leak?

Each style is rated for a flow level, so you can match a pair to your day. Most customers get 8 to 12 hours, and many keep a heavier pair for overnight.

Is it hygienic?

Yes. Rinse in cold water after wearing, then hand wash with mild soap, the same care you would give any underwear.

How do I wash it?

Cold rinse first, then hand wash. Skip the fabric softener, which reduces absorbency, and air dry out of direct sun.

How many do I need?

Three to five covers a full cycle. Most first-time buyers start with three, which is why our value packs come in threes.

What if the size is wrong?

Tell us and we will help you exchange it. Sizes run XS to 5XL, and if you are between sizes, go up.

Is it worth the price?

A pair costs about the same as a few months of disposables and lasts 2 to 3 years.
