Sizing exchanges

Sizing is the most common reason people come back to us, and it is the easiest thing to fix. If a pair does not fit properly, get in touch and we will help you swap it.

How to start a return or exchange

Contact us with your order number and what went wrong. We will tell you what to do next. Items should be unworn and in their original condition.

If something is wrong with the product

If a pair arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, tell us and we will make it right. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected by anything on this page.
