Answers to Your Questions

Straight answers to the questions everyone asks before their first pair.

Will it leak?

Each style is rated for a flow level, so you can match a pair to your day. Most customers get 8 to 12 hours, and many keep a higher-absorbency pair for overnight.

Is it hygienic?

Yes. Rinse in cold water after wearing, then hand wash with mild soap. The same care you would give any underwear.

How do I wash them?

Cold rinse first, then hand wash. No fabric softener, it reduces absorbency. Air dry out of direct sun. A well-cared-for pair lasts two to three years.

How long can I wear a pair?

8 to 12 hours, depending on your flow.

How many pairs do I need?

Three to five for a full cycle. Most first-time buyers start with three.

What size should I take?

See our size and fit guide. If you are between sizes, go up.

Is it comfortable?

It should feel like ordinary underwear. If it does not, the size is probably wrong. Tell us and we will sort it.

Does it work for heavy flow?

Yes. Mongato Ultimate is our highest-absorbency style, with high-waist coverage, built for heavy days and overnight.

Is it worth the price?

A pair costs about what you would spend on a few months of disposables, and lasts two to three years. The saving is real, and so is not running out at the worst possible moment.

Where are they made?

In South Africa. Only our Seamless styles are imported.

How long is delivery?

Orders are collected daily by The Courier Guy. Most areas receive within a few working days, with remote areas taking three to four. Free delivery on orders over R450.
