Between sizes? Go up. A pair that sits flat works better than a tight one.

Getting the size right the first time matters more here than with most clothing, because fit is what stops leaks. If a pair is too loose it will not sit against you properly.

Mongato runs from XS to 5XL, though not every style covers the full range. The size shown on each product page is what is actually available in that style.
If you are between sizes
Go up. Period underwear should sit comfortably without digging in. A slightly roomier pair that sits flat will outperform a tight one every time.
Buying for a teenager
Measure rather than guess, and remember she may still be growing. Many parents buy a size that fits now and a second pair one size up.
