The Mongato Basic Pad is a washable, reusable pad for medium-flow days. It is a simple way to move away from disposables, and a low-cost way to try reusable period care.

Good to know: Change your pad as often as your flow needs. To wash, rinse in cold water, hand wash without fabric softener and air dry.

Cost
Free delivery on orders over R450. Below that, a standard delivery fee is calculated at checkout.
Timing
Orders are collected daily by The Courier Guy between 2pm and 3pm. Orders placed after collection go out the next working day. Most areas receive within a few working days. Remote areas can take three to four.
Tracking
You receive tracking details once your order is collected. You can also use order tracking.
Discreet packaging
Orders are packed plainly. Nothing on the outside says what is inside.
Returns and exchanges
We would rather you ended up with something that works than something that sits in a drawer.
Exchanges
Sizing is the most common reason people come back to us, and the easiest thing to fix. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will help you exchange for another size, subject to availability.
Condition
For hygiene reasons items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. This does not affect your rights where an item is defective.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, tell us and we will replace or refund it. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not limited by anything in this policy.
